Welcome back to the homestead! In today’s vlog, we’re taking you on a walk around the farm to introduce you to some of our newest (and cutest!) animals. From fluffy baby bunnies to our new flock of chickens, there’s so much happening here, and we’re excited to share it all with you. Come meet the animals, hear some fun stories behind how we got them, and see what life is really like on our little piece of the countryside. See what’s going on around here… tiny home improvements, tiny home progress and even rabbit cage improvements! Thank you for sticking around even though we haven’t been posting much! We’re working hard to get new routines formed so we can become more organized and post more consistently. The struggle is real but we will get there!

I know it’s been a while and I know that every time we’ve posted an update, we’ve done it with the intention to start vlogging regularly again… but it never happened. It was tough! The work schedule was consuming and there just wasn’t enough time to make that happen. Now, I’m happy to announce that I’ve found a job that allows for more time to do more of what I want to do! This means more gardening, more home cooked meals, more time with the family…I’ll be able to gather eggs and feed chickens… and make more progress on our tiny houses….. and best of all…. I’ll have time to VLOG!!!

It’s been a while! We never planned to go this long between videos, but
ya know how it is sometimes, life happened. We’ve still been working
on our houses, homestead and garden so we thought it was about time for
an update.

We have some sad news, a predator attacked our baby turkeys and most didn’t survive. Check out the video below…

I’ve had comments from viewers wondering how we afford to do what we do. I realized from the outside looking in it might seem we spend a lot towards our animals, which in their eyes, could be used towards our houses instead. So, how do we do it?
